Clomid50 (Clomiphene) is a potent non-steroid anti-estrogen medication that is used to treat anovulation, amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea and galactorrhea in women. It is also popular among professional athletes as a Post Cycle Therapy (PCT) medication for its ability to reduce estrogenic side effects and restore suppressed testosterone production caused by anabolic steroid use. Besides, Clostelbegyt promotes healthier cholesterol levels.
- Treat Infertility in Women
- Prevent Gynecomastia After Steroid Use
- Eliminate Androgen Insufficiency
The active substance of Clomid is Clomifene – selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It inhibits estrogen receptors and the negative feedback of estrogen on the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis, thus enhancing the release of gonadotropins – luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone by the hypothalamus, which stimulates enhanced natural testosterone production. During anabolic use clomiphene citrate binds to the estrogen receptors, thus preventing the conversion of testosterone into estrogen by the aromatase enzyme. This combats the development of gynecomastia.
